Beginning this Lent, if you are between 21 to 35, you are invited to join the launch of St. Martin’s Young Adult community. Simply put, our goal is to build profound, life-changing, personal encounters with Jesus Christ, present on the altar, in our hearts, and in our relationships. We believe with the Pope Emeritus Benedict XVI that “being Christian is not the result of an ethical choice or a lofty idea, but the encounter with an event, a person, which gives life a new horizon and decisive direction” (Deus Caritas Est). To realize the mission of holiness, we seek to fully engage in the traditions of our faith and the work of the Holy Spirit in calling young adults into a relationship with Jesus Christ.
We will be meeting on the first Monday of each month, beginning March 2.
5:30 to 6:30 – Mass (optional) provide by Our Lady and St. John Community.
6:30 to 7:00 – Dinner/Light meal
7:00 to 7:30 – Talk/Program/Guest Speaker
7:30 to 7:50 – Adoration and Confession
7:50 to 8:00 – Closing Prayer and Departure
